Sleep is not something you hope for. It’s something you design.
Â
Sleep consulting for babies and toddlers—for parents who are done guessing, done being exhausted, and ready to finally rest.
This isn’t fluff. It’s a system.
Â
Most parents don’t struggle with sleep because they aren’t trying hard enough. They struggle because they’re piecing together advice that was never meant to work together.
Â
Sleep becomes fragile when it’s reactive. Sleep becomes sustainable when it’s designed.
My approach is calm, structured, and decisive. No guessing. No constant tweaking. No endless troubleshooting.
Â
We build a sleep system that works, and then we watch it work together.
I'm Jess—a mom of four, a former elementary educator, and a certified sleep consultant who helps exhausted parents finally get the rest they deserve.
I know what it feels like to be so tired you can barely think straight. I've lived the 2am wakings, the bedtime battles, the constant worry that you're doing something wrong. I've been there with all four of my kids, and I've figured out how to solve it.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Family and Child Studies and a Master's degree in Education. I spent eight years teaching in elementary classrooms, learning how to meet families where they are and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable steps. I'm certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP), a Registered Nurse-led program grounded in science and safety.
But here's what really matters: I've solo parented four kids Monday through Friday. I've navigated every sleep regression, nap transition, and early morning wake-up you can imagine. I don't just teach sleep theory—I've lived it.
My approach is warm but structured. I'm not here to judge how you've been surviving. I'm here to give you a plan, walk beside you through the hard nights, and help your family finally rest.
Sleep is not a luxury. It's essential. And you deserve it.
I am here to lead you.
Â
I design a clear sleep plan, guide you through implementation, and am your support system while it settles.
This is for parents who:
- Want structure, not endless options
- Are willing to do the work once, correctly
- Value calm, capable support over noise
You don’t need another opinion. You need a system.

How We Work Together
Â
I offer 1:1 sleep consulting for babies and toddlers, providing intentional, structured, and high-touch support. Think of me as your personal guide through every step—helping you create calm, predictable nights without guesswork.
Most families begin with a consultation to determine fit and timing, so we can design a plan that works for your family and your life.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each family receives focused attention, guidance, and follow-through so you never feel alone in the process.
Â
My Approach is Tailored to Your Child's Age:
Â
For babies (0-12 months): We focus on building independent sleep skills early—establishing schedules, breaking sleep associations, and creating foundations that last.
For toddlers (1-3+ years): We work on boundaries, empowerment, and teaching your toddler that sleep is safe and they are capable. Sleep training a toddler is about more than sleep—it's the first boundary you'll set.
No matter where you are, the goal is the same: calm nights, rested mornings, and a plan you can actually follow.
