Sleep is not something you hope for. It’s something you design.

Sleep consulting for babies and toddlers—for parents who are done guessing, done being exhausted, and ready to finally rest.

This isn’t fluff. It’s a system.

Most parents don’t struggle with sleep because they aren’t trying hard enough. They struggle because they’re piecing together advice that was never meant to work together.

Sleep becomes fragile when it’s reactive. Sleep becomes sustainable when it’s designed.
My approach is calm, structured, and decisive. No guessing. No constant tweaking. No endless troubleshooting.

We build a sleep system that works, and then we watch it work together.

I'm Jess—a mom of four, a former elementary educator, and a certified sleep consultant who helps exhausted parents finally get the rest they deserve.

I know what it feels like to be so tired you can barely think straight. I've lived the 2am wakings, the bedtime battles, the constant worry that you're doing something wrong. I've been there with all four of my kids, and I've figured out how to solve it.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Family and Child Studies and a Master's degree in Education. I spent eight years teaching in elementary classrooms, learning how to meet families where they are and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable steps. I'm certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP), a Registered Nurse-led program grounded in science and safety.

But here's what really matters: I've solo parented four kids Monday through Friday. I've navigated every sleep regression, nap transition, and early morning wake-up you can imagine. I don't just teach sleep theory—I've lived it.

My approach is warm but structured. I'm not here to judge how you've been surviving. I'm here to give you a plan, walk beside you through the hard nights, and help your family finally rest.

Sleep is not a luxury. It's essential. And you deserve it.

"We feel so committed to our new routine after starting this plan with Jessica. The emotional weight of bedtime routines and all the unknowns of what the night would bring have been completely eliminated. I feel like half the stress of our nighttime routine was not knowing how we should react to our toddler - Jessica has completely eliminated the looming stress of bedtime through her custom routine. I want to emphasize the customization and unique support she was able to provide to us - sleep training a baby versus a toddler are wildly different experience. Jessica was able to hear our specific issues and family lifestyle to create a plan that met our unique needs. It’s a plan that I we came up with together, where she was able to understand what works for us in our daily schedules while also creating an easy and consistent routine to guide our daughter towards a restful wind down and sleep routine."

Margaret, mom to a 2-year-old daughter

“Before working with Jessica, my biggest struggle was that my daughter wasn't sleeping in her crib and was unable to self-soothe. Now, my daughter and son both go to sleep in their own rooms by themselves. The techniques Jessica provided were life-changing, and I felt supported the entire time. I would recommend Jessica's services to other parents.”

-Mom of one 2 & one 4 year-old

"He would wake up crying every 2-3 hrs. It turns out he was not tired enough because he didn't have enough wake time before being put to bed...I wouldn't have thought to do this without Jessica's guidance and support."

Angela, mom to a 6-month-old son

"Before working with Jessica, our biggest struggle was night wake-ups and struggles going back to sleep. Our child had only slept through the night maybe a handful of times in her entire first year. After working with Jessica, our child is sleeping through the night (every night)! Jessica walked us through the process step by step. She was also incredibly responsive to any questions and provided ongoing check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed, including a lot of encouragement.

Her approach was professional and knowledgeable, warm and approachable, clear and structured, and supportive and responsive. Sleep coaching can be an emotional process, and I absolutely felt supported throughout.

I would absolutely recommend Jessica's services to other parents. Working with her was life-changing."

How We Work Together

I offer 1:1 sleep consulting for babies and toddlers, providing intentional, structured, and high-touch support. Think of me as your personal guide through every step—helping you create calm, predictable nights without guesswork.

Most families begin with a consultation to determine fit and timing, so we can design a plan that works for your family and your life.

I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each family receives focused attention, guidance, and follow-through so you never feel alone in the process.

My Approach is Tailored to Your Child's Age:

For babies (0-12 months): We focus on building independent sleep skills early—establishing schedules, breaking sleep associations, and creating foundations that last.

For toddlers (1-3+ years): We work on boundaries, empowerment, and teaching your toddler that sleep is safe and they are capable. Sleep training a toddler is about more than sleep—it's the first boundary you'll set.

No matter where you are, the goal is the same: calm nights, rested mornings, and a plan you can actually follow.
