I’m a mother of four and an educator by training (M.Ed).
All of my children were consistently sleeping 10–12 hours per night by 14 weeks, and 3 hours of naps per day followed shortly. This wasn't because they were “natural sleepers,” but because sleep was treated as a designed system, not a guessing game.
I’ve done this work while managing a full household, and with a partner with a demanding work schedule. This work lives in real life, not perfect conditions.
